Curriculum matters

We have most recently been actively pursuing a learning culture that seeks to move from content to skills, with a strong emphasis on pupil-initiated lines of enquiry and perseverance and from September 2008 we have been delivering this approach through the adoption of the International Primary Curriculum. This has seen us enhance our previous provision by building a cross-subject approach, which promotes pupils’ ability to see their learning in a local, national and worldwide context.
